1. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: Observed packaged pastries displayed for customer service on front counter and not properly labeled with ingredients, business name, address, etc. instructed manager to properly label all packaged ite
2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed 1/4" gap between front entrance doors. instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.
3. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed food items stored on floor in walk-in cooler, sales, and storage areas. instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.
4. PERSONAL CLEANLINESS: Observed food handler not wearing hair restraint. all food handlers must wear effective hair restraints.
5. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables in meat prep area. instructed manager to store all wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between uses.
