3. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: 6-501.14 observed ventilation hood with grease, dust and dirt buildup. instructed to clean and maintain as required.
4. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: 2-102.13 person in charge unable to provide allergen training certification. instructed to provide.
