1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed timed faucet not functioning properly at handwashing sink in washroom in room 9. water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reativating faucet.
2. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed food items stored on floor in kitchen. instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed employee belongings (bags, sweatshirts, etc) stored on bulk containers and food items in dry storage area. instructed manager to provide separate area for employee belongings.
