1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed the rear exit door not completely seal at the bottom. must replace and maintain the weather stripping at the door to prevent possible entry point for pests.
2. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed ice scoop laying in the ice machine on top of ice. instructed manager to properly store when not in use in a sanitary way inside a container.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed the interior bottom shelf inside the 2 door freezer dirty. must clean and maintain.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Floors need cleaning to remove spills and debris in the prep and storage area.
