1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: 6-202.15 observed a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the rear exit door. must provide a tight-fitting seal at all outer openings to prevent the entry of pests.
2. UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & LINENS: PROPERLY STORED, DRIED, & HANDLED: 4-903.11 (a;b;d) observed pots and pans in rear next to upright two door cooler not inverted. instructed to invert plates, bowls, pots and pans after sanitizing and air drying.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: 4-501.11 observed torn door gasket inside of all prep coolers throughout. instructed to replace and maintain.
4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: 4-602.13 observed the interior of the reach in coolers in need of cleaning. instructed to detail clean.
5. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: 5-205.15 observed drainpipe leaking under hand washing sink in staff washroom. instructed to repair leaking drainpipe.
