Violations on last inspection

1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed rear exit door not properly sealed at the bottom to prevent possible entry point for pest. must repair and maintain.
2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed the interior of the reach coolers not clean. must remove spills and debris. also must clean and maintain fry cutter.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed the the air vent cover and ceiling tiles in the front prep area dusty. must clean and maintain. noted a missing ceiling tile in the mens washroom and damaged ceiling tiles in the womens washr
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Floors need cleaning in the rear prep area along the wall base and in corners and underneath storage shelving to remove spills and/or debris
5. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: Pic could not provide proof of allergen training as required. instructed to provide at all times or citations will follow.
